R L Site Works, LLC is a family-owned tree and site-work business, owned and operated by Randall Lipscomb and based in Lake City, Florida. We provide tree trimming and removal, land clearing, forestry mulching, pond and road work, prescribed burning, and related services across North Florida. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to R L Site Works, LLC.

Information you give us
When you submit our contact form or reach out by phone or email, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to share about your property or the work you need. You are not required to provide an email address to use the contact form.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information that your browser sends with every request — your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Our website uses self-hosted typefaces that are served from our own servers (via Next.js). Because the fonts are not loaded from a third party, your browser does not request fonts from Google or share your IP address with Google for that purpose.
03 How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide free estimates;
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on the services you request;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and business;
- Keep records of work performed and communicate with you about it; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
05 Data retention
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you requested, and maintain reasonable business and tax records, after which we delete or archive it. Automatically collected server logs are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes.

Providing information through our website is voluntary — you can always reach us by phone instead of using the contact form. You may ask us to access, update, or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing rlsiteworksllc@gmail.com. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will honor that request except where we need to reach you to complete work you have already requested.
